Covid-19 Statement

Due to Covid-19 we can not currently safely run circuit training sessions. minimal equipment will be use, therefore all sessions will be body-weight except on a Monday when we will use weights for some exercises, if you have you own weights, Kettle-bells or dumbbells, and you would like to use them please bring them along, otherwise we have weights you can use that will be cleaned with anti-bacterial cleaner before and after use. However weights are not compulsory and all exercises can be done without a weight. Covis-19 is also the reason we ask you to bring your own exercise mat and a bottle already filled with water for your own consumption. 

 

Please wear appropriate clothing and bring your own exercise mats, water and weights if needed.
